Transcript: Ambush is an exciting new exhibition now on at the police museum. Focusing on the police murders at Stringybark Creek by the Kelly Gang it show cases a number of objects that have never been seen before, including a hand-drawn map depicting the site of the Stringybark Creek ambush, by the sole surviving police officer nnd Ned Kelly’s blood-stained cartridge bag recovered by Sergeant Steele at the Glenrowan siege in 1880. The Museum is open from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday, and admission is free.
