Victoria Police can confirm that it has today charged a 33 year-old man from Cheltenham with four counts of rape following an alleged incident in 2004.

    Youth, I hear them described many ways: "The future of our community", "Our most valuable resource", "Lazy and disrespectful", 'the problem in our area". You would have heard many more descriptors, and that is because they are a diverse bunch, finding their way, often doing great things but sometimes slipping up.
