I ride a motorcycle.  I currently ride a Daytona 675, prior to this I rode a Honda CBF250.  There were several issues I faced on the little 250, but the biggest and most serious problem of them all was the lack of noise that the little bike made.

If I buy this camera (http://bit.ly/dmuQZK) and stick it on my bicycle, and it "films" someone doing bad things, can the video be used as evidence to investigate traffic offences?
