Blue Light Discos back on for 2013
Happy New Year! All of us at the Greater Dandenong, Casey & Cardinia Police Service Areas hope you and your families had a Merry Christmas, and are looking forward to a safe and happy 2013.
We have a few more weeks of school holidays left, and many of you may be looking for ways to entertain your children. Victoria Police members in Dandenong, Casey and Cardinia will be continuing their support of Bluelight Discos this year - these events are a great way for the kids to have some inexpensive fun in a safe environment.
Discos are scheduled to take place in Cranbourne, Berwick and Pakenham with supervision provided by police members, as well as community and other emergency services volunteers.
The events are alcohol, drug and tobacco free, and there are no pass outs.
Any adults who'd like to volunteer to help out at the discos can contact:
