Ken Lay, top traffic cop..as a former cop of some 3 years, I and my family wish to commend Mr. Lay on his forthright manner and the way he presents himself to the community. What an honest cop ! and special congratulations to the Commissioner for the way he handled things - these men deserve congratulations not brick bats.

Crime Stoppers
At around 11.00pm on Saturday 4 April, 2009 a 15 year old teenager was walking along Dandenong Road, Dandenong when she was offered a lift by two men.
The two men drove the young woman to a factory in the Hallam area where they allegedly raped her.
