Melbourne garment grab
Melbourne Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for public assistance following a theft from a clothing store in March.
It is believed a woman enter a Lonsdale Street store between 12.40pm and 12.55pm on 9 March.
Investigators have been told the woman picked out a dark green top before walking into the change rooms and placing it into her bag.
She then left the store without paying.
Investigators have released an image of a woman they believe may be able to assist with enquiries.
The woman is described as Caucasian and about 20 years old with long brown hair.
She was wearing three-quarter length grey tights and a purple singlet.
